Welcome to our free exercise programs. The exercises are suitable for almost any level and are intended to be used preventively, but also partly rehabilitatively. The mobility of the main axes of movement of the mentioned joints, as well as their stability is improved with the exercises. With a minimum of aids and feasible almost everywhere, there are no more excuses.
We are convinced that with the right movement in almost all cases can be helped and the function / resilience is improved.

Per catalog 3 mobilization/mobility exercises and 2 stabilization/strengthening exercises for the corresponding joint.
Mobility exercises should be performed daily, strengthening exercises regularly every 2-3 days.
